What I'm saying, appraisals here are based on actual type-in and direct navigation metrics, not really on potential.
That is not to say that an end user won't come along and want 2-34 for a specific purpose and make you a generous offer. Nothing surprises me anymore in this business.
Also, I think it's worth holding onto because it's short, although some might say that the hyphen kills it. I happen to disagree with that notion, especially for development.
As a domainer, I would not pay more than reg fee. I paid a bit more for 1-25 because there is some common logic to it, but 1-10 would be 100x's better because top 10 lists are more popular than top 25 ones.
