well; exclusive rights means that if you create me a website; you will sell it to no one else...
caus you give resell rights; but you could sell it again with resell rights because you never said he would be the only one with this unique design

so basicly:
unique design (no more sold afterwards by you)

But isn't that the purpose of custom designs, you create something that a designer likes instead of reselling something you made for a previous client?
