I need a new design and logo for my site www.pokercrowd.co.uk, this is a site for people to host and search for poker games. I will need a main front page and a sub page with little/no content as well as a unique logo. The design and logo must be sleek, clean and professional i dont want a "template" look with shiney orbs everywhere. An example of the type of design i like is http://www.bodog.com/poker/ no including the large white content section. Im looking for a dark design with the colours i like found at http://www.bodog.com/poker/ (not the red).

Mainpage: A simple layout with the header at the top, menu at the left and the content to the right. In the content a place for a 250px square ad logo promoting users to signup, A place for users to search for poker games and news items and also Poker Online. In the header i would also like a login form. The links i will need in the menu to begin with are Home, Search, Account, Forum, Poker Online, Poker School, FAQ, Contact

Sub Page: For this the layout is the same with the login form in the same place. In the content there will be need to be some sort of sub links at the top.

Logo: Im looking for a logo to represent the crowd part of the name kind of like the logo www.pokerroom.com has. It must match the design type and if you can do maybe multiple logo choices it will be a plus. I will be using this logo for many things like newsletters, being printed on t-shirts etc etc so it might be best to make it vector?

I will require all image files, fonts and anything else needed in the design. The design must be coded but its perfectly fine to code it after you have been chosen as the winner.

@ wongpk: looks better that size, can you maybe make the boxes more like the bottom right box at http://www.majormusic.co.uk/index.html single line with a different light bg. and the background also like http://www.majormusic.co.uk/index.html, thanks.

@ flashguy: nice but i dont really want a giant roulette table on the poker site or the giant guy. id say the header is slightly too big. and the login should be in the header just the content area looks a bit cramped. Also maybe more of a plain logo would be better just no one will spot the tiny details when it goes onto a t shirt.

@ Dylan: ok try 175x175? i just need an add to promote signups, i quite like the colours. You just need to edit the content so it includes the search etc and also if you could make the menu less wide. Maybe try moving the login into the black space under the header? Should be enough room to put the login fields and a forgot password link.

Okay so here's your changes (to verify):
Add some space between header and body -> drop the login in there aligned right.
The search is already in there ?
Are you sure you want the header even less wide than that? You may not be able to fit a banner ad or many common menu items in the future if so.
Also, I am changing your ad graphic.

@ Dylan: ok, no need for the bottom ad or the side ad, maybe a small side ad is ok but thats to big. Doesnt need to be such a big space around the square ad. Can you try and intergrate the member login with the bg somehow not seperate like that? The other google ad isnt needed either the black one. Online events is really just titles like "$100 MTT Freeroll". I know its alot :D

This may be unprofessional, but im going to have to extend this contest to: "when ever i get a higher quality design". Dylan you will win if your willing to make more adjustments.

A few more minor changes couldn't hurt.
Unfortunately, this is already one major coding job for $120 (remember I did not make the logo), and I doubt you'll see much more interest in this contest than you already have. If you want to keep it going that's fine, but I'd like to get this taken care of ASAP. Finals week is coming up. Just let me know what you want to do.
