I am offering up for sale, 15,000 optin, valid UK email addresses. Valid means that 100% of the email addresses are working. I know this because I tested them for validility yesterday.

I am offering the email addresses for $25, that's $1.6 per thousand or $0.001 per addresses.

Optin means that these people signed up knowing fully their email address would be given to third party advertisers.... Like when you signup to a free Ipod website.

Mass emailing is fully legal in the UK as long as it is not for fraudulent purposes.
