The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.

Submitted the payout form, tried to payout: "Your last payout attempt failed" (literally never paid out there)
Contacted the support, they wrote me they will check.
Thanks for reminding, im still waiting on their response.

Besides that, dont know what they messed up in their systems, but somehow the country flag of my few remaining Domains (gladly) was changed from DE to US, like.. what?

Best,
zotix

Edit: Just came in my mind: Every registrar tries to charge a credit card like max 3 times, before they just let the Domain expire. Whats Sav's approach?: Try as much as you can: 25. July, 30. July, 1. August, 3. August, 5. August. (I put them on a debit card with 0€)
But finally, they got me: Paypal hit. Damn it.

Another thing: The couple of days login was working sometimes, but then an error popped up:
System is initializing. Please try again in a moment.
(Password Manager: Autofill Username, then next page: Password, and then puts in the 2FA code automatically, which is stored in my password Manager). Those steps are fast. But somehow not the backend of SAV.
Tried "another 2FA" Method (Email), which i need to pick because SAV somehow has upgraded their frontend, but probably less from a security standpoint. Well: Got the 2FA Code via Email, put it into the field: same Error.

@Sav.com what is the issue? Is this a joke? Do i raise a flag in your system, because my password manager is autofilling "too fast"?
Seriously, you already deleted a bunch of Domains last year of random Users, i remember that time.
At the end it was your 3rd party system / fraud protection software or something like that.

Fix it.
Thanks

zotix

Hi

how about just stating the issues and give them time to reply before mentioning the word “scam”.

would you want it applied to you before you had time to resolve an issue with a buyer?

imo…

my issue not resolved, i am sending to sav each day before one month
The point that @biggie makes is about using strong words like 'scam' to express your displeasure with a service and not related to whether you solved your issue or not.

SAV offers a horrendous service but, like @alcy said, they are not scammers. Just use the dedicated SAV thread to share your issue like everybody else does.

I don't want to slander anyone, but I've seen people complain about you in sav auctions a couple of times
