Ive owned this name for quite some time but have yet to develop the domain. What value do you think the domain may have outside of development?

It seems like the best use of the name would be as an information site. It could be monetized through affiliate and adsense-type programs. The terms have decent search volume, but not a very high-priced niche. I like it and would hold onto it, but this one might never move at retail pricing. There are too many alternatives, and I don't see any other extensions or similar names developed.

I would price it in the 1500-1800 range, but ideally, this one needs to be developed for maximum value.

Agree with comment above, commercial viability is an issue. When it comes to people's personal interests, word 'cheap' does not suit in name.

It can be informational site at bet, and hard to develop any revenue model. As suggested, $1500 - $1800 is a good price range.
