Do you mean that you want to rent-out skilled labor to companies? The name in that case is awkward because it really doesn't make sense as is.

These are all better. If your mother tongue is not English, would be good to get a rhythmic sense for English before buying. At least ask a native speaker whether it sounds good/makes sense.
