If you developed it into a website and got an offer, then the offer is more likely to be for the work you put into development as opposed to the actual domain (which isn't worth anything alone)

I didn't really check the site .. but if you got a $15 offer, then it's very likely the person who offered you $15 offered the $15 because of the actual website, and not because of the domain .. so he was going to pay you like $14 for your development work .. and $1 for the domain for example.
