[REQ - Template] Template needed for Beer/bar related products website - 120$ + bonus

Bonus: 100 NP$ for everyone who joins

The template design is for: Beer-Gear.ca
Simply put it is a webstore that will be selling beer accessories. An example of a similar site is http://www.drinkingstuff.com/ I like the distribution/placement of the elements on that site also*

Type of Contest : Template Design with logo

Prize : $120.00 (PayPal)

Contest End Date & Time : Tuesday, January 27th 2009. 7 PM board time.


Size Requirements : About 850 pixels wide


Color Requirements : Beer related colors. Some beer suds some place might look nice also. Perhaps a gradient of beer suds or beer color as a background. But feel free to be creative! Whatever looks nice.


General Requirements : You can feel free to be creative. However I want it to be a 2 column template such as http://www.cubecartforums.org/index.php?autocom=downloads&req=display&code=ss&id=225
The placement of all those elements are good except for: Search for and Welcome Guest which I would like at the bottom right of the header.

Logo: I would like it to say: Beer-Gear.ca
- I would like a Canadian flag/red maple leaf somewhere
- Something beer related or a bottle somewhere in there. It is up to you!

Technical
I will need the original PSD File(s)
Include hover graphics if applicable.

I hate thiefs. And I'm ready to sue. I've been ripped 4 times in contest entries before and not from the Contest holders but from random other web trolls who look at a layout then I'm surfing the web and 4 days later there it is! On someone else's site and it was sold for like $100-$500 without my permission.

I've started pming my entries on other websites so people don't steal it and I hadn't had a problem with theft since then. This is why I said I'd post if I win. So people can say oh it was stolen! You can't pay her for that! Not just me pm and I win and nothing is posted lol. *long depressing sigh*

The frustration is understandable, but the TOS/Rules are here to provide clarity to ALL designers.
Efficiently watermark your images, use some "other tricks" as well and you shouldn't encounter too many problems.
At the end of the day though, this is the internet, show me one item that's online and truly secure?

Long story short, if you have a contest entry, please post in public.

Appologies - I wanted to submit the full entry of this, I forgot completely until now. In the final revision (if this one or either of my designs are chosen) i can make any necessary changes, ie changes to colours of the item boxes and the like. Hope you like!
