I am always confused between the prices that happen on sedo, Uniregistry and rest of community chatting sites. I wonder if domaining is for the sake of domaining or Building bussinesses on them ?

It is both.
The number one mistake you have made is that your focus is not on dot com extensions. As a beginner you should only buy dot com domains if you want to trade domains.
