I'm assuming you're going for a Brandable name here? No value besides that. However, as far as branding goes, I'm not sure what market this domain is geared toward. Lumi isn't a word, so I really don't know what you're going for here. I don't see any value on the surface, but maybe you'll get lucky.

Lumiant doesn't mean anything, but apparently somebody liked it enough to make it their business name. Sometimes you get lucky like that.

Also, not the best idea to copy-cat a similar established website name. Typically doesn't turn out well. Takes value away because it's no longer new and original. Just my two cents.
