in .info I appraise at $50-$100 for aftermarket flip. Can't ask what the website would be worth because it would depend on so many factors like traffic/revenue/monetization model. Mostly if developed it will be worth a multiple of monthly revenue (6mo-1year) after been established for a while.

Not original content, but well organized, 200 towns description + list of tourist attractions.
AdSense.
Normally will get traffic in 3-4 month.
And yes, this kind of websites get traffic even if the content is not original.

Not sure what your talking about?? I see there is a wordpress landing site which is a start. Flesh it out and generate traffic/revenue is all I can say. Value of site based to traffic/revenue metrics.
