Not sure about the meaning as it was not picked by me. But i just did a google search and it says 1 more than 100. Something like since 100 is already max/perfect. It's more than perfect.

I think 101channel.com could work as an e-book affiliate site. Filled with e-books about new skills or introductions to unknown things for the visitors, it could do well on clickbank. After all, 101 usually stands "first lessons" on different subjects so the domain taken to the right niche can prove very succesful.

Yep, the plural is definately better out of the 2.

What I see with these names is a video site with 101 channels, but that's just me. Are you planning on developing 101 channels :blink:

As to the value, singular is reg fee, plural is in the Low $xx range.
