Since the domain is in a foreign language, it's difficult to give a proper appraisal, even knowing what the domain means, as we don't have any context to go by with. Spanish is certainly a more significant language than, for example, Icelandic or Zulu, but it doesn't have the global footprint English has on the world, as well as the fact that Spanish-speaking countries tend to be poorer than Anglophone countries, so I'd say it's certainly worth more than the reg. fee, but it would certainly be of lower value than if you had Location.com. If there is a Spanish-speaking equivalent of NP on the internet, they might be able to give you a better appraisal than we are.
Sorry if this isn't much help.
