The feds will never approve any cannabis products as long as cannabis is still on the fed books as a major crime. (get caught with a ton of it by the feds and see how long you get)

So while the states are legalizing cannabis all over, there is no EPA approved pesticide and yet we created out of some LOW RISK EPA APPROVED PESTICIDE INGREDIENTS the first legit Cannabis Pesticide that is

100% natural and organic you can safely eat it like a salad spray
100% low risk epa pesticides

You do not need the epa to approve anything on the low risk pesticide list of 31 chemicals.

So we created our own brand and it smells great and works and it kills the cannabis spiders and worms that effect the crop.

A bonus is IT DOUBLES PLANT GROWTH when we had some farmers test it for us, they couldn't believe how big the plants got.

We hold international patent on formula as a use formula for industry and we trademarked the name internationally

US Gov will not patent nor trademark any cannabis names or products

So name with a real product that anyone can put a bunch of dough into marketing and take over the new cannabis industry as THE ONLY REAL PESTICIDE that people will want on their bud IF THEY EAT cannabis products.

Right now we are getting shelf space for a home pesticide with a different name and a couple of repellent sprays in organic stores, but we are not considering organic box stores and small chains the way to sell this, it has to have a specific marketing team to hit just farmers and it's an industry play where CASH IS KING.

So due to a ton of our R&D is now going into organic therapy for cancer mostly, we can't hold this product in our company structure, so we may be selling it, so OPINIONS on what this could be worth.

Oh, a small gallon of this stuff for private growers is a few hundred and drums for farms are thousands a drum

We might be selling off this brand soon since the main company we set up is doing a ton of grant level work on natural organic products for CANCER and owning this in our NATURAL ORGANIC LABS division could be a problem.

We have a bunch of other brands for pesticides and repellents that are 100% organic and natural but this is the only one that targets cannabis

So new industry, a key part of that industry and a real product to go with it

There are Cannabis trademarks. But probably not those directly selling pot to people (talking USA only) this domain would not fall into selling pot to people

we use an international TM body

the US gov can only issue US TM's

they're no body really at the WIPO

Real simple, you cannot trademark or copyright anything the US gov deems ILLEGAL so not one Cannabis brand on weed and the EPA will not approve any cannabis pesticide period.

Tobacco growers use every poison around to kill insects and it's part of why factory tobacco is so cancerous.

Now Cannabis is used in foods often, so lots of crops are now being seized due to growers using tobacco poison pesticides on weed.

So a Cannabis Pesticide does not exist in the opinion of the EPA and yet we have one with 3 EPA low risk ingredients that growers are saying not only kills the weed insects attacking cannabis but doubles plant growth, so it's a home run and worth a fortune.
