$100 to customise workshop or Gmap

I will pay $100 to install and customize a basic mapserver application for Southern african countries like the one on the following site.http://www.spgrc.org/index.php?option=com_wrapper&Itemid=201

I only need someone who is able to install and customize mapserver workshop and gmap for southern african country maps and should be able to allow me to add maps and .these applications are open source.
I need to see your previous work or sample.
I am not asking anyone to draw maps.I have maps which are needed for this agriculture project.
