- Parked at SEDO (would consider other parking programs as well)

- Must be making revenue and getting traffic

- .com preferred but would consider other extensions

Well, it depends on how consistant the traffic and revenue is. Of course, if it is very established or has a large history, a buget of $100 wont get me a high-revenue-making name, that is alright. If the history is a few days or 1 month or so, the monthly revenue could be higher.

That said, I'd start considering from $4-$5 monthly upwards.
