I'm willing to pay $100-$200 USD depending on the quality.

Yes, I'm still looking for someone.. I've had a few pm's, but nothing... I'm not sure how yall do templates for scripts, but I really need someone who can make the template, then code it, but switching the main page around, I don't want it looking like the default arcade script template.
