I guess that I do not qualify for this.

I created a netflix account around four months ago.

It took around four days for a dvd to get here, which is too long, imho.

This sort of service is convenient for me as it's too far to the video store.. the fact you can queue your selections helps.

I signed up, and they credited my CC $10.99 ($9.99 + what they call "sales tax") it says that it'll be credited back within a few days, but I doubt it :/ No "contact us" e-mail or phone # found to resolve any problems that may occur... dam, so muchfor a measely $10 gift card :/

It'll get credited back.. that's common practice to verify the card.

I hope it does What's weird is that my account says "Not billed yet" when it has been billed indeed.

These types of charges are just to verify a working card.. it may show in your account, but you're not actually debited.

Well, my total balance decreased by $10.99, that oughta do something

As they said, it'll show back up in a day or two.. I get these kinds of charges all the time from my bank, no less... I'll charge a dinner for $11 and an extra $3 charge will show up, then be debited, then show up again, and be debited again. I've had my bank charge me for the same item twice several times and the charges drop off again the following day.

Usually you can do the netflix offer for a free psp or ipod. I rather get one of those!

Most likely because you cancelled, but you may be surprised and have it show up later. I have had that happen in the past where so much time has passed, I've actually forgotten about an item.
