We are not saying you did anything wrong. All we expect is for you to atleast have the decency to tell us who the winner is.

Also the link to the winning logo does not work, so that will also raise more suspicsions to everyone that you cheated them.

That logo looks like a 10yr old made it, as something u probably made, therefore you do not want to reveal your self as the winner.

There are some great logos on here, the "logo" you posted however was just blue text, white stroke, and orange shadow. I didn't see any logo on there.

The logo i posted was the logo I liked. this was a logo for MY site, not yours. Do whatever you want, i did nothing wrong. All the people complaining look at my trader rating. i wouldnt do this. But what do whatever you want, you will find i did nothing wrong.

Anthony - It's not personal since this didnt happen just here, it happened a couple times by now and you must that this is not a nice way of ending a topic. So to prevent this from happening again, a new rule should be introduced. Or a way to check if the other person really entered the logo via PM, but that would cause more work for the moderators, so adding a simple rule would be best. That also the reason for the rule that you have to choose a winner from the forum. In the past people have said stuff like: oh well, I posted on another forum and I liked those logos better. Or, my sister made a logo and I chose her.

I don't see any reason to give Anthony11 bad reps. His innocent until proven guilty and I'm not that interested in this particular case, it's a general thing. Introducing the new rule would increase the quality of the forum, benefiting us all.

I didn't participate in this contest, however I do have some input to add to this conversation.

There is currently no rule against PM entries. It is very likely that Anthony received a PM with a logo for the contest in it and the person who PMed won. Often times when this is done it is done because the designer does not want to post on the forums. Why, you ask? I don't know. I, personally, feel that any designer who creates a file for a contest should have their work displayed - and want to have it displayed.

Well basically what I'm saying is that there is no way to tell whether or not Anthony "won" his own contest. If he did, let the administrators handle it. Just my $0.22 (adjusted for inflation)

I agree. I personally don't feel that there was a winner, only because I can spot a deluder when I see one (no blaming intended). Lots of things simply don't add up here, but it seems that the NP staff is investigating.
