Can't believe it has come to this-- but since December I have had no time!!!! I am going to sell my baby InsideTheHeat.com ---

InsideTheHeat was voted the Best Miami Heat fansite by Sports Fans of America and has been seen on www.benmaller.com (Fox Sports Radio Host)

InsideTheHeat was granted a Level C press pass for the Miami Heat enabling it to do interviews with players and coaches... These will be passed on to the next owner.. I was able to meet many players via this and even talked to a few on the phone-- If you look through the site you will find pictures of the players during interviews, videos and much much more!

InsideTheHeat grossed $400 in the months of November and December all from third-party ad sales.

I have a "black-book" of 5 writers who previously worked for ISTH who said they will continue to write for FREE for the site under the new owner..

As well I had 500 of these flyers made: http://insidetheheat.com/664.jpg I will send them to the new owner-- or will hand them out next to the arena if they wish

InsideTheHeat uses mambo-- and had a custom designed banner+logo+forum all here at NP

Actually, the sale was not completed because the seller is incapable of telling the truth, both in this sales thread and in subsequent discussions intended to verify the claims he stated herein. What we have here, folks, is a scoundrel who has deliberately misrepresented his sale. And in the hurried aftermath of our final voice and IM discussions, he did exactly what he's done throughout: Lied again. His most recent "clarification" -- "The media cred. is not avaliable for every game and is a hit or miss." -- is yet another lie. Remarkable chuztpah, albeit predictable.

I will be posting in detail shortly, so that you'll understand exactly what you're buying and what you're NOT if you acquire this name/site from Mr. Richman. Caveat Emptor — Let The Buyer Beware.

That dosent answer any of the questions he brought up .. what about the passes ..is there more that isnt on the up and up .. ?
