You should be marketing this to high priced doctors in the US directly - forget about reseller price. Hollywood doctors would love to have this domain - their star clients are usually none too bright and 1.md is really easy for them to remember..

I did not say that you got the worst domain, as you told us here on namepros that you sold d.md for over $7,000 I think, 1.md is nice too. I am sure it can go for more if you sell it to the right buyer like you did on d.md :D

I actually sold D.MD for a cool $10,000 and T.MD (just recently) for $8,000!
I agree with you that 1.MD is MUCH HIGHER in value than either of these!
I personally LOVE this name and might just keep it for myself if the right offer doesn't come in!
Now where can I get a 1.MD license plate??! :lol:
