Whois expire date does not necessarily mean that the domain is paid for until that date. This could be just the registrar placing it on Expired Status. If biggie hasn't paid for renewal, then they are really expired and can't be transferred unless you turn over the entire account (at registerfly?).

The domains can still be pushed to another registerfly account, and that person will have the same "grace period" to renew the domains as I would.
