020 is city code for China famous city Guangzhou(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guangzhou) which has a population of more than 8M in 2006.
what's more, Citizens in China are preferred to use their city codes to build websites.

Fantastic name, perfect for a central london based company - try hedge fund managers in the city or even advertising companies in soho (they would sell their own mothers to get a true killer .com name).
$18-20k to the right end user maybe more, reseller around $10-12k
