Here are the only 3 public NNN.ca sales on record:

If you look at current GoDaddy auctions, there are a lot of NNN.ca domains with a $20 minimum offer and no offers. You have to be a resident of Canada to register a .ca domain, so they're not as investable as other extensions with no restrictions. If you want anything beyond the reg fee, you will probably have to find an end user with some connection to the number 020.
