Advertising Script

Hi, I'm looking for an advertising script that sort of runs it self. Basically what I want it to do is let people sign up, they can buy the banner impressions with paypal, which are automatically credited to their account. And they can add their own banners but I want to have to approve each one. Anyone know of a script that does this?

We're running an old version on NamePros now which works ok for that purpose ( http://www.namepros.com/adrev/ ). The new version has a lot more features though.

your site's not working for me, but i heard that the new version was alot different then the old version, what other features does it have?
