You're caught in a circular argument. The #10A doesn't give the states any rights. It only lets them govern within the restrictions of the constitution. So Trump can't tell them where to put stop-signs but he can MAKE them open churches, enforce federal laws like immigration...

And this is where you hide your response in a previous post to avoid having to admit you and progressive twitter are wrong. The "states" do not have a right under the #10A to ignore the rest of the constitution. Refusing to obey the constitution is not an option "left for the states".
