as in the title, i need a nice simple CMS code that i can use for multiple projects - with resell rights.

it all depends what you define simple.

admin cp with add, edit, and delete news

and frontpage with the news shown and a detail page with the full story ?

integrated html ( wysiwyg) editor ?

can be done in 1 day, price: 250$ .

well i'm not so much looking for something with news + full story. more admin cp with the ability to edit the contents of each page - in a way, much more static than a news page. perhaps image management.
