Hello,
I am looking to sell my established site www.RealSEO.net, it is currently a Google Pagerank of 5, and is an SEO "blog-style" site. It has lots of content on beginning SEO for each search engine etc.
It's showing about 50 uniques a day right now, it was doing nearly 200 uniques a day when I was regularly posting news/tutorials, however, since i have stopped, the number has fallen and stabilized between 30 and 60 uniques every day.
I get a fair amount of my traffic from Technorati, as well as a few articles that i have featured in tutorialized.com
I show a fairly good CTR% on Google AdSense, and SEO related advertisements pay very high, however, I don't show many super high amounts of impressions, so I make very little money from it (negligible, maybe a few dollars / week).

Lets start the bidding at $10 with a minimum increment of $1. I believe the domain has a pretty good value in it self and I have had offers to buy just the content for $50+, however, I have turned them down, because the domain is useless to me without the content.
Payment can only be accepted by Paypal
The site is powered by WordPress, the entire WordPress install including database (for the content, of course) will be transfered to the new owner.
