Surely. :)

I only give "Reg. fee" (and vicinity) if I feel it's truly in that price "range" (most typically at the Wholesale level), of course. I also mentioned that that is my appraisal as this undeveloped domain name, in my view.

If I owned it, I might try these folks at the potential End user level (one should always target relevant End users before going the Wholesale route) as well:
