I think for a nice looking site with not too many features, $70. But that is a baseline cost, not including more than the most basic of SEO. Which, if you don't mind writing your own content keeping to my keyword suggestions, should be adequate.
I can even put you on my hosting for no charge - unless your looking at a super big site or something.
