One of my domains got expired at Uniregstry.com.
One day after it expired, I tried to renew the domain. Which normally is no problem within weeks after it expired. But this time it was not possible to renew it.
For some reason, Uniregistry placed the domain immediately in the 'Domain Archive' section, with the domain status 'Taken' (and not 'Restorable' what you would expect).
After contacting Uniregistry the status was changed to 'Restorable'. I tried to restore the domain, but after my payment the result was FAILED. It was not possible to restore the domain. [ I received my payment back ]
I have contacted Uniregistry several times after this, but they keep telling me that their technical department is looking into this.
Now waiting for over a week and still no update from Uniregistry.
