How are they going to help you, you think?
ICANN doesn't have the power to do anything, but they can force an explanation to them, at least of why the domain name was suspended.
There are one of two main possibilities here (among others):
1. The domain name expired and was auctioned, the seller bought it with a bad credit card or other fraudulent payment method, transferred it to the buyer, and the registrar caught up with that.
2. The domain name expired and was auctioned, Hugedomains realized they made a mistake by letting it go, and then claimed it was a fraudulent transfer to get it back.
Unfortunately, the OP's ranting on about the fact that the seller has good reviews on a forum nobody cares about, along with the fact that he bought it on a forum nobody cares about, isn't really helpful and doesn't shed a whole lot of light on what happened.
You think the Turkish auto company Togg has a "good reputation"? Not in my office:

Therefore, the Panel declares that the Complaint was brought in bad faith and constitutes an abuse of the administrative proceeding.
I don't care how many cars they've sold to people who are happy with them. They are scumbag domain thieves.
Nobody cares about R10 or the reputation of the seller. It really just does not matter. The more the OP sticks up for him, the more it seems he has more of an investment in the seller's reputation than finding out what happened here.
So, the seller says he got it at an auction. For how much? When? Does he have a payment receipt? Has he shown that to you?
