Catrou is a brandable, high-end domain targeted at the Citrus candy/liquor/beverage/household cleaner market.
How much do you think I should price this at?

The name doesn't sound good. The combination of o and u at the end is not good. I don't see any value in this name as it doesn't have any significant specific meaning nor does it look like a brandable.
Why do you think it is high end ? This looks like a domain that only one buyer (citrus beverage company) will ever want and that buyer might not exist yet and maybe never will.high-end domain

Keep a year and drop.

In the past 20 years it was registered once, parked and then dropped a year later. The next time was 2016 and it was just parked or for sale.Bisou is French for kiss. You have a cultural bias for what sounds good and what doesn't. This is mainly meant for European markets.

If you think this is going to be a name some company is going to name a product for and then build a website for, good luck, but you might be sitting on it a while.
You are surprisingly hostile for such a subjective question... not sure why that is. It is a made-up compound name that is French in derivation that no one would search for. Unless it is actively marketed, no one will know it exists.
It seems everyone who has replied to me is American, and since a name is subjective (people don't like -ou because they don't speak French...?), this is a pointless thread.
I think you are being too optimistic about your name to be honest.. a more realistic picture will show that it isn't worth anything.
In domaining, optimism doesn't usually help. I was there once. Therefore, I mentioned it.
