Happened to find this out the hard way unfortunately but will post here in case anyone else had this happen to them.
Found out today that my Gmail account was over the limit for storage after checking for old emails that never arrived. But it was not my email account that had used it all, it was GoogleDrive from a really old project from 3+ years ago. For 3 or 4 months I received zero emails to that account but did not notice because it's a more rarely used account. After looking around I found the GoogleDrive account and deleted the files there.
However, Google does not delete this instantly and my account is still not allowing emails. I am sure I lost a bunch of inquiries / offers in that period of time.
