I like the name because it makes tons of sense. It is very authoritative. Literally tens of millions of people need financial help all the time, everywhere.
What Kate wrote above has to be taken into consideration though, it is a good point. What I can imagine on the other side is that it can be used as a page which will redirect people to the website of some larger bank institution, or loan provided. It is probably not the very nice use of this domain, as we can doubt that banks and loan providers will really help people in trouble providing them with additional high-interest loans, but this is my feeling when it will end up
Life is not fair, and mainly when people are in debts.
Googling this term, it gives the nice result: "Financial help" - 3 190 000. Now, as for investment - I do not like that USD 100 renewal. But, we know about new gTLD domains (I know that you know too) which pay for themselves, when they are parked. So test this name too. If it happens that this domain makes $8 or more per month, then you are freeriding - you can keep this domain in your portfolio for years to go for free. I can not estimate if this will be the case, but I would park it now and test it for 2 months or so.
If you find out that there is no revenue (it can well be), then you need to estimate whether you can sell it for $1200 or more during next 10 year, as this will be the holding costs of this domain. I would say it is pretty possible, so basically, all now depends on whether you can pay 100/year from your funds until you can sell it. It can sell IMO for up to 15k in next few years to come, and low(er) XXXX around this time, but we need also to consider the current probabilities in new gTLD portfolios of such a sale (I guesstimate 1% prob. of sale for this type of name for each given year, if you want to achieve good price and not just to flip for around reg fee). As you stated you have cut down the new gTLD section of your portfolio and keep only a few good names now, so I would then tend to think it might be a good investment (in your particular case). Good luck!
