I would say the dot how make more sense.

How to write smart contracts?
etc

Ethereum is a fast growing but very complex ecosystem...

Good explanation and from what I see you did your homework well, very well explained and it is important to see the sales of other domains that begin with eth to know approximately prices, eth.paris for 50k is fine but eth.pink for 45k I find it expensive

Each domain costs what someone is willing to pay for it.

Keep doing your homework and researching and finding a buyer for your domain.

I would ask for 30k but I would accept 15 even 10k for eth.How do I see it as a fair price

When I started years ago with domaining on the side I approached it as a copywriter / brand strategist. And I learned this was mostly wrong. Domaining business is all about scarcity. Kind of contra intuitive for me. I kind of despised for example LL.com domains. Now, a bit wiser I understand that you still can have a creative fun name and still build a business upon it but the domain itself without the site has in that case no value.

So I see scarcity in ETH.(whatever extension), like I see scarcity in single word dot coms and short single words .io

I never have registered/bought or sold a .org.es domain extension. This name could be interesting if you want to create a website for a Spanish Ethereum community. If it has value pure a a domain I find hard to say. the ETH seems special as I mentioned before and sells with all kind of extension.
