Best Parking Method

Is it best to park with park sevices like Sedo or DomainHop or is it better to create your own webpages with google adsense on them. Here is an exmaple of a site I'm giong to try to park my self:

Basically get what the domain is about and put it on the site maybe people will like it and click on the ads.

i have a little over 800 sites and i will admit i have a couple parked but sedo and such places like them pay so little i make even on my lowest income site 25+ dollars a month, develop your own and put your on stuff on them with other then just adsense sign up with some sponser programs

I would agree with Tiffany, I have about a 100 domains parked, most at DomainHop because they pay view, but you will make more on developing the sites and put Adsence on there at this moment

My adsence site are making 10x more than the parking domains. (but you can not develop all domains) good luck!

You need to do a couple of things to your site as it stands now:
First: Move the Adsense ads up higher on the page so they can be seen when the page loads.
Second: Add different orientations of the ads besides the leaderboard (2 vertical rectangles would make a good parking page).

As far as parking vs. creating your own content page, adsense on content will almost always pay better, but you do need more time to create content as opposed to just parking with DS, DH, or SEDO.

Yes, but still needs the ads higher on the page.

Also, violates TOS with the phrase:

"Click on the link that suits you best from the list below. Some offer free builders others will offer a ready made one:"

Can't tell visitors to click on the adsense links.

It's a lot of work, but if you have some real content, you can add affiate links like amazon.com book links, commission junction (cj.com), linkshare.com, shareasale.com, etc. Some of these you can put direct product links if the domain itself is a product name.
