Thanks for highlighting the numerics market. The market has definitely dropped off in the last couple years. However, there have been low sales of the worst NNNN's even in the midst of the bull market, so 0907 isn't that far off from what we have seen.

2746 went for $8,544 last year, and 6834 went for $8,300.
In 2019 4589 went for $9,100.
In 2017 2145 went for $9,000.
And in 2016 0824 went for $9,131.

So the floor has remained a little under $10k. Definitely the sales are down though, both in terms of volume and prices.
