No, not at all. Why would you mess with ''who is'' words? You have who.is already, then you have whois.com and now, and just like it's not enough confusion for newbies, you add a whowhois.com
It's like opening a small hotel and calling it ''Hilton's Hilton''.
I assume your tool is in the space of checking websites/IP, and precisely because of this you need to differentiate yourself from long existing and very popular service.

I would assume this is a troll site for the real "Who Is", when seeing it. Not a fan, maybe make a sale for someone that wants to make a joke site...not trying to be rude, I just think you can't use it to compete, plus the confusion with it, just bad

They are also re-sellers to my knowledge.
Whois.com could be better utilized imo.
Maybe WhoWhois.com is the answer
