Hello everyone,

I am selling my Amazon Affiliate Site with Amazon Earnings (it has Google Adsense earnings as well but I didn't include in the screenshots).

For reference: Some Amazon Affiliate site earning $70 per month (similar to this one) is sold at $2800 in MotionInvest and $41/month at $1850. I believe this one is a good deal.

Domain: AutomationGears*dot*com
Description: Affiliate site about home automation & smart homes.
Earnings: Last year should have reached somewhere like at least $800 on Amazon Commission (because November & December there was an issue where a closing tag for my Adsense ads got corrupted so Google de-indexed the pages but was back in January after I have found & fixed the issue and the Google index and ranking of the pages are back ) See screenshots.

So you saying for 30% annual ROI I should buy this Amazon associate website? No thnx the stock market of India with shares like HCL Tech and Infosys are giving more returns like 36% and they are much safer. Now I am buying shares in Nasdaq also rather than buying Amazon Associate websites for 30% annual ROI.

No problem LowPage TeaJit. Amazon Associate websites are sold in MotionInvest if you know about it. This is definitely where the pricing is. Usually, the buyer of an Amazon website will develop it to earn more and it's better to develop established sites than start from scratch. So that's where the value is.

I haven't submitted this out to MotionInvest recently. I tried last year before when the income was lower they said to return in the next few months because they said of low backlink profile and not much traffic on other pages. I'm not sure how they gauge what to sell especially that I can see some sites like earning $24 per month sold at $1,050; $41/month sold at $1850 and $70/month sold at $2800 and this is from Feb 2021 listings. This is why I think that the $1600 BIN is a good deal and low price for this site.

If I couldn't sell this here, I may reach out to MotionInvest again.

According to the Google Search Console proof he sent me, in last 3 months he had about 1.02 Clicks and according to Google Analytics, he has approx 1.3k visitors in last three months.

His amazon stats show 1.2k Clicks in last two months. How did this happen ? If it was all organic, this wouldn't have been the case I guess. Or who knows if the amazon link was clicked by everyone who visited the site.

Please let me know where I'm getting it wrong. I'm kinda confused
