"Buyer" has not made 3rd payment of 4 due.

Dan have yet to reply to emails so how long does "buyer" have before forefitting the name?

It is 14 days or earlier if Dan consider sufficient attempts to contact "buyer" have been made. Contract is already broken after payments missed.

Quite weird, not cheap and "buyer" already paid $1400 and the 2 names are very current and specific to product. Anyway,looks like I get to sell them again!

Maybe buyer forgot and changed his/her mind... either way it's a contract and the names go back to you if they don't pay to fulfill their portion of that contract. That's why leasing is good for both parties.... you get to either use the name until paid off or you get to atleast think on it and chage your mind if anything. Most business fail so leasing or payment plans are ideal.
