Hi,

I've been doing outbound for around 3 years and never face such an issue before. Emails from my domain now end up in spam to who so ever i send. I even sent to my personal @gmail.com emails and the end up in spam folder.

I tried adding SPF record and DKIM as instructed by Google Gsuite support but that didnt solve the issue.

I even bought a new domain related to my original one, got a google admin account and sent emails from that account which too end up in spam folder of every person i send it too.

Is my IP blocked or something like that? Thanks.

The views expressed on this page by users and staff are their own, not those of NamePros.
Check at mail-tester.com
And you will see your problems... and where you are blacklisted (if any).

If I didn't ask you to email me... you are spam.

And how you send your emails, via Google webmail interface or using email client?
If email client - then, probably, your originating IP (or even range) is really blacklisted.

Sending unsolicited emails too often will get your ip blacklisted. How did you acquire the list you're emailing? if they didn't opt in, then you're spamming them and if enough people mark you as spam, you're pretty much burried.

They are all businesses that are related to my domain. For example selling Workstation/com to workstation/pc related companies.

I do not sending irrelevant emails to anyone.

Email everyone you know, tell them to mark it as not spam and reply.
do it a few times. You need more positives than the negative you have recieved.

if you have 5 negs, you need 6 - 10 positives to exit spam pool.

I might have a quick solution for you - that works! Who is you Internet provider....xfinity, att, etc?

The most likely problem is that the email server you use is blacklisted. Often happens if you use a standard email provided by the hoster of your website, especially if it's a shared hosting.(somebody else used the server for spam and the whole server got blocked by ip). I had the same problem.

You need a email server from a provider that specializes in the email hosting. Personally I use namecheap, had no problems so far, $10/year cheapest plan.

So, you keep your website on a shared hosting, and the email on a completely different server.
That should solve the problem.

Do you use shared hosting? If so it is possibly related to that, and can be solved by requesting a different IP address from your provider.

OP clearly said that GSuite (Google SMTP) is used.

Use Google webmail, forget about the email clients... they are bound to your originating IP address.

Are you more concerned about your domains being blacklisted or your email? As you can always get new email and IP address. I wouldn't always be using same one if bulk emailing.
