Domain Only: PositiveAffirmations.com
Acquisition Reason: Either resale or create a robust website all about affirmations.
Markets: Self improvement
Age: 1 month (Not sure why? Acquired through NameJet auction)
Search Volume and CPC: 33,100-49,500 CPC $2.15

The is an exact match domain containing a highly searched keyword in an niche that will always be hot. I am uncertain how easy it will be to rank for the keyword but believe it would be possible with the proper investment of time, attention, content, images and videos. Would it be better to hold and resell or should I develop it? If developing and once ranked there would be many passive income streams from click ads and commission from linking to any related products. Any appraisals and suggestions would greatly appreciated. Would like to know why the age is only 1 month and if that is going to affect the value. Thank you kindly.

What is your appraisal and why?
Should I list it for offers, specific price or invest in developing it?
Domain age and its affect on value?

Thanks again!

Good catch. Estibot values it at $10,000. You could probably flip it pretty quickly for around $1000 or $5000 to $10000 if you’re willing to hold it for a year or more.

It’s a great domain, the only thing that would hold it back is the budget of potential buyers. Someone looking to create a self help blog, book, podcast, etc, probably wouldn’t have deep pockets.

Regarding the domain age. NameJet catches a domain right when it expires. Once a domain expires and is available for new registration, the clock gets reset. The domain age shouldn’t really matter to an end user, but it might affect the wholesale value.

Thank you so much @onni your insight is greatly appreciated! I think I will hold onto this one and think of ideas of how to develop it.
