How do you expect value from a starter website? A domain Authority won't come easily, you have to do some serious SEO work on the site!

You will sell it only if someone likes your idea that much, but I'm afraid that $25k is a big delusion... there's no particular value in random starter site

The reason why I listed your domain info is because it is is the same as mine. Mine is a starter website and a starter website is the same as a domain name. If you sell a domain name and show some demo for the buyer and starter website is the same for me. So as I said, there is NO need to talk about Domain Authority on the starter website, because that is another special SEO works or issue that should be done after the sell. So you are NOT forced to appraise my starter website or the domain name.
