Question regard market place at Dynadot or Namesilo

so, I just think, why not just use the service provide by the registrar like dynadot or namesilo....the visitor can also buy name from their market place....then, someone reminder me, if seller use dynadot/namesilo, the payment from buyer will send to seller's account as "fund", but not send to seller's paypal as real $ and may hard to withdraw..I just want check if this is true...and whether dynadot or namesilo also charge seller any fee for any sales there.
