Dear All

Yesterday I bought expired domain with high authority rank, DA PA still remain above 20. I know I'm just a new owner in this case. But I just curious, would this authority rank remain high forever or drop after few days later?

Regards

Depends whether those links will stay.

If the name is expired, and you let it sit, it will get de indexed and the link juice is gone. If you plan do do something with it based on the DA (& I would go with TF 10+min next and skip PA) PA, you need to get the site back up and the links you want back and live for Google to find on next search. There is more to it, I dont know how SEOish you are.

I can't sure if authority rank will remain for long or it's just outdated rank.

Please stop giving incompetent advice. How the link juice can go? Link juice is a derivative of the backlink profile. Not of domain state nor site condition nor weather in France nor anything else. If backlinks are there - link juice is there, no matter whether the site is live or idle.

Thanks for explanation.

1. go to semrush.com and check for organic overview whether semrush is showing any traffic or not then you can check for backlinks also.

2. go to majestic.com and check for backlinks activity over time and also the TF/CF data.

hope it helps

These appear to be free to try but ultimately paid subscription based resources.

Does anyone know, where companies like these get the stats & information, which they provide and how accurate they are?

Also, are there any free resources that offer similar stats & information?

In semrush, for free account you can search for 5 queries(like organic position, backlinks, referring domains etc) and result is limited for 10 entries.
The result is more or less accurate..

Thanks, for the heads-up, on 5 queries, for free account.

It’s the less accurate that I’m concerned about. That’s one reason I’d like to know, where they get their stats & info.

What about Majestic?
