Hi guys,

I bought 3 domains with different extensions some time ago in a rush to do business, but then found that the name is trademarked in the US.
Since then, I haven't used the domains in any way, but kept them in my GoDaddy account without touching them.

Knowing that I can't use them due to possible TM infringement and such, is there any way I could sell them? I see that GoDaddy offers this option.

Hello wisher2good,

Welcome to NamePros.

You certainly cant sell them here.
NamePros has a strict enforcement policy against Trademarked domains.

6.1.15. Do not infringe on globally-recognized trademarks by listing items for sale that violate the trademark holder's rights. Selling intellectual property or benefiting from the intellectual property of another party's without their permission is strictly prohibited.
This includes typographical errors of globally-recognized trademarks ("typos").

You don't want to try to sell those.
Search "TM domains" in this section and read the threads.

Peace,
Kenny
