Horrible experience on Sedo external transfer service

This is my first time using Sedo's external transfer service.
The fee is 3% only and it's much lower than escrow.com Concierge service. So I decided give it a try. :xf.cool:

In the first week, the buyer sent me an e-mail and told me that he want to pay via wire transfer to save money but he can't found that option. He had asked Sedo for help but he got no response from Sedo.
I try to help so I also left a message in the transfer center.
Based on the reply I got from the Sedo CS, I can feel how "helpless" of my client.
I asked Sedo twice to provide wire transfer details to the buyer but the responses I got from Sedo CS was irrelevant. (Screenshot attached)

This $4000 transaction already get stuck in sedo for three weeks and still remain unsolved.:dead:

I had use Sedo standard service for many years (10% - 20% commission fee) and never encounter such problem. This 3% external transfer service is going to "kill" my domain sale.

How do I complete a wire transfer payment?
You may find invoices and payment requests for transactions in the My Sedo > Billing section of your Sedo account. Simply click on the order number to open/download a PDF copy of the invoice or payment request.

Sedo's bank details needed to initiate a wire transfer can be found toward the bottom of the document. Simply bring this information to your bank and ask them to set up the transfer on your behalf. Depending on the bank you use, you may also be able to initiate a wire transfer online.

I have used sedo's external transfer service many times, never had problems.
Seems like you have been unlucky just this time.

I think buyer just don't want to pay. Look in the screenshot the sedo agent wrote, .

Dear Chun, Plese note that the buyer has bought and paid for other domains name through Sedo in the past.

The above line is big red mark.

Not really. :xf.frown: I know the buyer well. He is a end-user:xf.cool:
Anyway, is that really hard for the CS to give out a clear instruction to the buyer regarding how to make the wire transfer payment to Sedo? They just answer me something irrelevant.

I had bought several domains from sedo but I never pay via wire transfer so I also don't know how to pay via wire transfer to SEDO.
After reading the FAQ and dig into the billing section, I found that the wire transfer bank information is hide inside a pdf file.:dead: It's not easy to find out at all.:hungover:

After I email the buyer with clear instruction to download that pdf, the buyer told me he will make the payment today.:xf.cool:

Just a little update. The transaction finally go through. (y)

I expected Sedo will handle the buyer question regarding "how to pay sedo by wire transfer" in professional manner. But in reality they just failed to answer the buyer for this simple question.

I am also kind of disappointed how sedo handle my request.
I had told them the buyer need the detailed wire transfer information twice but Sedo just answered something irrelevant and failed to provide detailed wire transfer information to buyer.

The outcome is this transaction get stuck for 3 weeks . :hungover:
