I think if you can afford regfee you can probably afford up to 5 times regfee. It's not to much. You sometimes see some good possibilities here for well under that. Also in GoDaddy Closeouts and Dynadot Expiring Domains, and other places, like ExpiredDomains.net. I think if you insist on regfee. You probably should not be in the domain business. Although their are loads of free domains. I agree it should be .com all the way.

As I said above. ExpiredDomains.net is a super site, but quite difficult to navigate yourself thru all the options. But it worth a try. It can tell you what domains have been expired and not been re-registered. It's good. Definitely worth a look.

DotmyName.com is open to reg. I think it's kind of catchy and has a nice ring to it. Dot my name, the dot can refer to the web and my name can refer to the name they want as their web address. Just a thought

Living up to your name's reputation :)

tbh I don't like either name

consider the prefix DN (for domain name)

Cheers

This is just awful. IMHO. hyphenated (two) AND a .net. Did you try using ExpiredDomains.net yet?
yes I am use ED I saw this name on ED

Personally. I would stick with only .com's and non-hyphenated :)

You should understand that ED is covering the entire drop market without fear or favor. It is not recommending anything to you. It is only telling you what is available.

This domain is also already taken a week ago.

a .com is also a well worn personal preference for most people.. You could try using an nGTLD. But I think all the clever names have been taken a long time ago. A .com automatically shows trust and stability, which no other TLD can match. Whether it is true or not, depends on it's use.

I'd get something different. Something that is memorable and "radio friendly". Something with "domains" on the end. Maybe a name that is also available on twitter.

I probably go with brandable.. without "domains", "names", "brand" or "DN"

Thank you.

I need reg-fee name..
thoughts about DynaDot.com name..

Just make one up with a word you like.

I used our national symbol from Canada and added dots.
So MapleDots.com & MapleDots.ca were hand regged.

Lots of possibilities, I also registered WebDots so just go and find a word you like and add dots or dot to it.

MegaDots, SplendidDots, GreatDots etc etc, punch them in until you find one not in use.

Good luck (y)

OK. That should make things a lot easier then :) Think up a keyword. Anything you like, and go to https://leandomainsearch.com/ They can show you more unregged domains than you can shake a stick at. They have 2674 available domains with the word dots (for example). It's an excellent tool BTW. So we no longer need to waste our own efforts in helping you out. Please let us know whatever you decide.
